About

Ella7_croppedMozart once said, “Neither a lofty degree of intelligence nor imagination nor both together go to the making of genius. Love, love, love, that is the soul of genius.”

Ella Hearrean Ritchie couldn’t agree more. As the founder of Stellar Communications Houston, she combines her love of great people and great content to bring out the genius in authors and business leaders.

For Ella, it’s about more than blog posts and books. It’s about providing quality, clarity, and integrity to the world through communication.

That’s why Ella has assembled a professional team of editors, writers, graphic artists, photographers, illustrators, and more. They’re worth the quality work.

That’s also why Ella takes full responsibility for every project. She’s not afraid to bear the burden of results for everyone involved.

But more than anything, that’s why Ella cares about the well-being of every team member and client. She shares in their victories and roots for their success.

Her passion for people and content goes back a long way. Before forming Stellar Communications Houston, Ella served school districts throughout Texas as a reading and writing educator. Her achievements include training and leading teams of educators, implementing newsletters, leading writing initiatives, and writing a winning grant to visit the White House in Washington, D.C.

She received a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphases in English and Reading, with Honors, from Stephen F. Austin State University, where she tutored other students in English and business communications.

Most days, you can find Ella at a sunlit desk with her computer, a cup of black coffee and some good blues music in the background. But when she’s not sipping and scribbling her way through projects, Ella and her husband enjoy collaborating on Bible lessons together, spending time with their friends and family, and laughing at the antics of their four children.
